Listen To Your Feelings

We’re told that some feelings are “bad”.

But our bodies are clever, and those feelings appear for a reason.

When you’re hungry, you’re sent a feeling so you know to eat.

In the same way, we’re given other sorts of feelings as a message.

Listen to the “bad” feelings.

Resist shutting them away.

Why are they there?

What are they trying to tell you about your current situation?

Maybe you need to do, say or change something.

Sometimes you’ll have to listen extra hard to figure it out, but the answer will always be there inside you.
