PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN THE POST:
Refund requests must be made within 28 days of receipt of your order. Email hello@mellowdoodles.com with your order number to arrange a return.

Items must be received within 14 days of your refund request, in perfect condition.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, although this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Returns and refunds are not accepted on digital products.
